Jones-Hamilton Co. is a 70-year-old chemical manufacturer that recently rebranded to support the company’s growth and diversification. The U.S.-based, employee-owned company manufactures sodium bisulfate and hydrochloric acid for diverse industry groups and applications for distribution around the world.
As the company evolved, so did their brand. In 2019, a refreshed corporate identify was released and with it a website redesign began.
The website needed to exhibit the modern technology used in the company’s manufacturing processes while also visually display their dedication to environmental stewardship and safety. The key focus was to establish a site structure and navigation that allowed users to easily understand the breadth of the company’s products, divisions and diverse industries served.
A modern, image heavy design was implemented that humanized the company and set a different tone as compared to industry competitors. The new website is easy to navigate, allows for cross promotion of divisions and creates a user-friendly experience that quickly links users to company microsites when additional information is sought.
